Thanks for the welcome everyone. :D Ginger does look young but I read that chows don't usually go grey. Lucky chows. She's shedding like crazy maybe because we had some warm weather recently? I vacume daily... :roll:

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but mine shed all the time! Little black and red tumbleweeds end up around the edges of every room in the house. I suspect if I had carpet it wouldn't just be the edges, would it?

She is a beauty! As for the shedding, start brushing her every day for awhile. She may not have been brushed much previously. Daily brushing will be good for bonding, just don't do too much too soon, you don't want her hating it. Make it as pleasant as possible. Have treats handy! Within a week or so, the shedding will become minimal or even non-exsistant.
