My Tail

STEEL, Don't let your Mommy fool ya, she had you ask about our tails because she LOVES LOVES CHOW BUTTS! But ok, we're not too proud...we'll play.
Me, Bailey Boy I have the most GLORIOUS tail you could imagine. It gets so many compliments. It's pure white fluff. I'm a taller boy than my new squat sister so it sits high up on my back all fanned out.
Hey, who are you calling a squat???!!! Steel, bite him for me would ya! I'm cinnamon and I'm not a sqaut or a little cinnamidget as the humans have called me..I'm a cute little girl with a cute little red tail (with of course the typical Female dark ROOTS..
) My tail goes half way up my back and even curves a little. I'm a tail wagger and Mommy thinks that's cute because my brother doesn't waggle too often.

I have a casual tail.....it is curled and almost always on my back but it is not super tightly curled. I also have a little tiny kink in the end of it.
I, too, belong to the 'manly fluff' tail club. Mama says that it will be going soon though!!! She is having me trimmed(like a puppy cut) for the summer because she said that with my little baby brother or sister coming, she is having too hard of a time getting in to the weird positions I require for my grooming(what can I say? I like grooming to be fun so I play and roll and slide my face across the floor and will purposely lay flat on the side that mama wants to brush 
) But it is SO much fun!
I will still look cool with my new do! I hope!

Lily here. My tail is curled in a nice c shape, and is usually quite the waterfall, but as of late, I was ripping the hair out itching. Then mum would search my tail for the itchy area, and sometimes even put cream on it, even though it wasn't red. It has mostly stopped itching, and now I get Fish oil candy (mum always cringes when we crunch them, but we love them. Haley calls them Gushers, like the kid candy, cuz of the gushy center). Now I have a spikey/punk rocker look, that goes into a smaller waterfall.

That's a recessive coin tail, and it can be linked to shorter coat length. Sometimes the top of the skull is more rounded too, with a more noticible ridge or crest at the top of the skull. If your breeder was selecting for fad color like blue, the more recessive traits would come forward too.

Ivana here. I have a very full tail, but it lays flat on my back unless I am wagging it which is most of the time.
This one I think shows it the best. Y'all know how hard it is to get good pics showing detail on black and most blue chows. Its a really old pic, but does the job.

Hi Firesong here, my tail is mostly straight on my back but it has a curve in the end of it, the hair is long and it USED to be quite full until that brother of mine moved in..but it's growing the hair back now and mom thinks it's great because she said "Finally all the red is gone"

She says she thinks my coat will be on the short side and she's cool with that cause it's very thick.

My tail lays on my back with a c shaped curve, I WAG IT ALOT, and I'm growing in my adult hair so it's fuzzy and has pretty darker silky hairs in places!!!

Shiloh's tail curls up over her back and she has a hook at the end of her tail...you have to feel the tail to know it's there....

luna's tail is full and rests on her back i'd have to say. very nice, i might add.it does have a slight curve to it. my dad says it looks like a handle. lol. gee, maybe i could hold it and she could vacuum the rug.

I don't have any good butt shots but you can see in these two:
Mine kinda rests on my back and then curls at the end. I need to have mommy brush it, sorry for the unruliness.
In the first pic you can see that I have to look around it, I cna't look above it because it's so fluffy. Mommy laughs because if she's laying down on the bed and I walk in the room, that's all she can see of me.
One big dark fluff floating near the bed!
