Help 1 year old chow now hates other dogs!!!

My beautiful chow boy Simba is now a year old. He has been brilliant with other dogs, never took much notice of them until a couple of days ago when a husky went for him (Simba was off lead). The husky snapped at his face, didn’t hurt him but ever since when I walk him now he reacts to other dogs. He rears up and constantly barks at them. He is a big boy so I struggle to contain him when other dogs are about. Any advice would be great full Simbas mumma
