Need help with home made food.

Chewie my male Chow is 2 years old and he has been on dry dog food(Royal Canine sensitive skin) for the past year. He started to get a skin rash, so we tried rice and boiled chicken breast and he loved it and his rash went away, but he hates vegetables and fruits. The local Dog food brands are crap(Egypt), so I need to start making his meals. Would appreciate any help with what are easy meals to make for him.
