Is this a pure chow chow?

I’ve recently got a puppy and wondering if it’s a pure chow chow, he does have a blue/black tongue. I’ve attached some pictures

It sure looks like a cream Chow Chow.. it has The telltale characteristics... A short curly tail, short legs, stocky body and the blue black tongue
I've sent a picture of mine when I brought her home...she is a full bred chow chow, a cinnamon, I saw both her parents at the breeder.
