My pup is out of control help

My 3month old chow pup is acting out of control she constantly bullying my other dogs she really hurts them she over powers them bites them drags them by there ears I now crate her away from them in fear of her hurting them. She has growled at me on a few occasions but tonight actually went for me on 3 occasions after zooming around the living room with trying to calm her down as she was literally dragging everything she could see if the room. I picked her up to put her in her bed and this is when she went for me and was growling. I don’t want a out of control dog that is making my current dogs life a living hell and what If she actually bites my 4 year old she could seriously hurt him. I feel like she is a ticking time bomb I really want to re home her as I don’t trust her but I know it will break my teenage daughter heart.
