Broken heart RIP Shampoo

We had to say goodbye to our beloved family chow, Shamp (nickname Shampoo) this week.
We loved him so so much that the thought of not being able to see him again shatters my heart to pieces.
He went through so much of my life (13 and a half). He was there through all the ups and downs. We got him when I was in primary school and then he was there for me throughout high school, university, new work life and met my husband.
It felt like he was the glue to our family and a truly irreplaceable member.
It came very suddenly. He was still fine two months ago but then osteoarthritis resulted in him suddenly not being able to stand up by himself or walk so we didnt really make a decision and had no choice. It feels devastating to say goodbye to such a beautiful dog
