12 Week old bite inhibition

Hello!
New chow chow owner, I have a 12 week old land shark as I call him!
He's relatively well-behaved, we have come a long way since I got him at 6 weeks; my only thing is his biting; like he doesn't discriminate when it comes to his biting (obviously I know it's just him play biting because he does it while we're playing with him).
What I have been doing is teaching him "leave it" and it works for the most part when he bites something; but sometimes he flat out ignores what I say and he has quite the bite force now! It hurts- so I was wondering if you guys have any ideas on what I can do to further help him with this?
He's a very sweet and loving pup, thank you very much for taking your time to read this!
Have a pic of him!

im a new puppy owner too, my chow does the same thing when we play with her. i did a lot of research on the topic and it’s completely normal. i think u should just stop playing with him when he bites and ignore him and walk away. since they usually look for a response when they bite

I've heard that the earlier a puppy is removed from his siblings and mom, the harder the puppy biting is to deal with.

Zak George has great videos on this, though: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLEG7ci-y_I
