Very vocal 11 week female chow

Hi
I would really love some advice from other chow owners with a female. My pup is now 11 weeks we got her at 8 weeks old. She is doing well with training can sit, down, paw, roll over and is learning to give eye contact etc.
My one concern is she is very vocal I have always read and heard they are a quiet breed unless scared. My dog can bark a lot and be a bit growly in play which is normal I guess. When I am training her though not for long 2-3 mins, after the second or third try if I tell her to sit for example she can give off a little growl or a bark -is this something I should worry about? It’s almost like a frustrated noise as she wants the food. I always say no and make her follow my command and then leave it there, until later in the day to do a bit more. If I groom her (maybe 2-3mins) when she’s had enough (I’m guessing) she will bark or growl -again I tell her no but stop.
We have been trying to socialise her as much as lock down will allow, taking her for walks in our arms, in a dog stroller. We’ve introduced her to some new people at work, pet shops etc. At work on first introduction a family member tried to touch her belly when she was sat with them on the floor and she gave a snap and growl and walked off but did go back to them for treats after.
Are all these things I have mentioned normal puppy behaviour or could I have issues on my hands. We are not new to dog ownership, but new to chows and not had a puppy in a long time.
Many thanks for your help.
