Is my dog a real chow ?

Hello everyone,
I have bought Teddie few days ago without a detailed breed research ( i was doing a few day reseach only) and now i can clearly see some differences between my dog and other dogs on google at the same age. For example my dog has a really round eyes ( like malteser) and as i saw on this forum it should be heavier than 4kg at 8 weeks as a male. Can i consult anyone here who can help me since im getting really paranoid and scarwd right now. Thank you.
