Is my Charlie a Smooth or a Rough Coat?

Hi there! I am not too sure how to categorize my 3-year old Charlie. Is she a rough or a smooth coat? And I assume she is also classified as a open faced chow? I appreciate someone’s confirmation and help. Thanks!

rough.smooths have a lot less coat in volume
