This evening I got a phone call from my Boss Dave Leslie, to ask me if I would go into work as early as possible tomorrow, He said he was flying to Johannesburg, as his young son of 23 years who is on a B.B.C photographic trip around northern Africa was stabbed in the Neck hand and arm when he tried to disarm theives that were trying to steal a dingy from their ship, and that his boss Kingsly Holgate was flying Bruce to a clinic in Johannesburg for emergency treatment, I believe that his condition has been stablised, but I ask you all to say a prayer for this young man tonight to help him see the night through and to help his parents in this dreadfull time. I will let you know how he is soon, Thank you so much you are all wonderfull people as only Chow people are.

Thank you Judy and Jennifer for your kind thoughts and prayers, Bruce is now in hospital after undergoing a 4 hour operation, to his wounds, His Mother is with him and as she is a Nursing Sister I am sure that she will see that the best care is taken of him, He could have died if the wound in the neck had bee 1cm further from where it was he was very ill for a few hours, but is getting better.
