How old is your chow? It looks as if (he/she???) has been shaved and is growing out?

Your furbaby looks like a Chow to me! He/she has the black tongue, almond shaped eyes, and big rounded paws. I agree with Cindy J, looks like your baby's fur was trimmed. You might be used to seeing Chows with shorter legs, but otherwise your baby is beautiful!
