Hello Everyone!

I will be bringing home a Chow puppy later next month via AA airlines, but am planning on flying her onboard as carry-on (not check-in). The maximum size limitation of the onboard pet carrier is 19"Lx13"Wx9"H with a maximum weight of 16-pounds, so that the pup can fits under the seat. Does anyone know the typical weight and height of an 8-to-9 week old female Chow puppy? Help!

Chestnut was the biggest of the litter and she weighed 5.6 kilos at eight weeks and 6.2 at nine weeks. 12.32 and 13.64 lbs.
