Whitby gets neighbor's vote!

Here is an antidote to my post “A Run for My Money”

I went to vote before I went to work and was there before the door opened. One of my neighbors was closer to the front of the line and he turned around, saw me and started chatting. He asked if Whitby has chased any more cats lately. He then told me I can let Whitby chase the cats out of his yard anytime she wants to and that seeing the “chase” last Sunday with the highpoint of his day. His yard was the one where I finally caught hold of her as she was coming out of it. He then complimented me on the way she now walks on a leash as to when I first got her. (aka then Whitby the puller). He ended the conversation commenting that he wished others in the neighborhood were more like me and would keep their dogs on leashes and not allow them to run loose. That made my day. Whitby got his vote! 2 points for myside?
