Out of interest - I know there is a thread going on whether your Chow sleeps on your bed, but how about where exactly your Chow sleeps?

Xhena has always slept on the floor of her own choice due to her overheating so easily. I bought her dog beds, cushions, allowed her on my bed, allsorts, and she's always insisted on sleeping on the floor.

Apologies if I've missed any choices off the poll!

Tippsy's one of the chows that sleeps on the bed. She's ALWAYS done it and as long as she wants to I'll let her. My mom has even told me that she'll beg to be let into my room when I'm not home so she can sleep in my bed.

Hannah sleeps in her crate and Holden sleeps on the floor.

Shug sleeps on the AC vent if it is blowing and Chloe on the hardwoods. They will lay on a rug at my feet or sleep on carpet in the bedroom but no doggie beds or in bed with me.

Stormy the puppy still sleeps in her crate. Kona sleeps on the floor next to me. Before his hips got so bad he would jump in bed with me after my husband got out of bed in the a.m.

The Diva sleeps in her crate (her choice, the door is off) Mr Alfonse sleeps on the floor. Both have several dog beds that they use to eat treats on...

Miss Chyna starts off on the floor and ends up on the couch.little Kai sleeps on the floor next to my bed.he never leaves me.
sometimes in the winter they will start off in my bed but they never stay too long.
I too, have bought beds, mats and crates.nobody wants anything to do with them

Shelby is still in her crate. Haven't given her the chance to sleep anywere else, and she can't reach my boxspring, let alone the top of my bed.

Cinder sleeps on the bed for at least part of most nights, then on the floor, preferably on a throw rug most of the time.
Teddy sleeps on one of his dog beds or on a throw rug.

When they come inside hot they lay on the floor in front of an air conditioning vent. And when it is close to meal time they will lay in the kitchen waiting for me. Not much sleeping done either time though.

Living in hot and humid Tampa, Ming chooses to sleep on the cold ceramic floor.

Floor for Loha--- on tile in front of the front door or, if I let him, on the bathroom floor in my bedroom. Sometimes on a balcony or patio (2nd or 3rd floor) or roof deck (4th floor) where he can keep an eye on things.

Boogie sleeps in the hallway or in the living room on the floor. Fozzie sleeps either in a crate or in my daughters room on a long leash on the floor. He hasto be restrained because he will hunt for the cat. Teddie sleeps outside on the patio. He used to sleep like Fozzie but then he started getting to anxious inside and so we let him stay outside instead.
