Rats. First time I was a Giant Schnauzer then the second time (I changed a couple of things) I was a miniature schnauzer.

I'm a field spaniel. Can't remember the characteristics (except loyal) but procrastination must be one.

Uh oh, I just checked on the AKC site:

Temperament
Unusually docile, sensitive, funloving, independent and intelligent, with a great affinity for human companionship. They may be somewhat reserved in initial meetings. Any display of shyness, fear, or agression is to be severely penalized

I'm sure to be penalized. I'm afraid of everything except dogs and public speaking. I act outgoing but I'm really shy and when I get my Irish up (cough cough), I can be aggressive. Like I need to contact the AKC to teach them how to spell aggression (that is a cut and paste job).

Swedish Vallhund. I like it! But I guess I should have put Moody, because after reading the description of the dog, I realized it sounds way too friendly to be me some of the time.

Swedish Vallhunds, Finnish Spitz, etc. are semi-related to Chows. What we think Sullivan is mixed with is a Swedish Lapphunds which look almost exactly like black chows except for pink tongues (and she does have a black/pink mix). Anyway, all are ancient breeds, not too far removed from wolves. In fact, Swedish Lapphunds are supposedly the least removed from wolves, except for those wolf/dogs mentioned on another thread, those those are more of a 50/50 mix whereas Lapphunds have more wolf dna.

I took this test again just for the fun of it.

Hmmm? The test results are consistant,
the first time
I was a Sheltie (herding dog)

The second time I was a:
Tibetan Terrier (herding dog)

Geez, I must really need to herd something??
Interestingly, I grew up training herding dogs!
