I hope your feeling stronger with each day.

The photos of Precious always make me teary.
She was the epitomy of her name..."precious".
I believe Precious has passed her torch to Naomi to see you through these difficult times. Trust me, it does get better in time.

Those are beautiful pics. Yes the pain shows, but so does the love. What a beautiful girl. She is still with you.
Naomi came into your life as the right time. Funny how that works, even though we aren't expecting it to be so.

Who can even believe this is the same puppy? And she's still a puppy at almost 7 months old! And so very smart - I know we say that of all of our chowdren, but she really, really is!!!

WOW

Naomi is GORGEOUS!!!! Look how big she is getting!!!It seems like only yesterday when we all noticing how her ears were standing up and now look at her... a stunning chowgirl!

Yep, it's been a while - I suppose I am just now coming out of my cave...........so much in so little time, I think I am just now coming out of the clouds and ready to face the world head on.

I still miss my Precious of course, but it is so nice to think of her now and have a smile on my face instead of continually falling into tears. Wonderful to dream of her at night and it be of her running and playing like we used to or to dream of her and my mom together watching over me. So I suppose waht I am saying is, I have found my happy place. I get up everyday with an attitude of gratitude for the life I have and the opportunities that lie before me and oh so thankful for the sweet love in my life, Naomi! Challenges are still ahead for me as I continue to grow my real estate business and look for a new home for me to buy, but in the meantime, it's not so bad living with my dad and helping him out. He's not getting any younger and I am beginning to enjoy the time I am spending with him, especially since I realize that time is often too short in life.

Sorry to come back so sentimental, but I suppose I just wanted you all to know that I am doing well and I just cannot thank you all enough for your kind words, emails, calls and prayers! YOU ARE ALL SO WONDERFUL!!!!!!

Precious was a pure breed; however, Naomi was a rescue that I found through this site. I'm going with her having cho and German Shepard in her, but at almost 9 months and only 32 pounds, not sure what else is mixed in there. She sometimes looks like a little fox to me too. And she can jump like nothing I have ever seen before. She can hold some serious air time!

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeere's Naomi!

I had to zoom in on her eye - couldn't believe that I got the reflection of the window in her eye and you can see the gorgeous blue sky in it too. Cool huh?

Some photos of Naomi and I from today at Pet-a-Palooza benefitting one of our local rescue shelters.

OK, so I got her one of those party collars for Christmas, I thought it was soooo CUTE!!!

Evidentally this is what Naomi thought of me buying the cute collar for her!
