first bath what shampoo is good??

i am going to give Chloe a bath this weekend and wanted some ideas on shampoos, i have no idea what to get, i know i dont want to dry out her skin and i want to make it the best for her that i can so she likes it and in the future she wont have a problem going to the groomers, hopefully.
I have been looking around online since im stuck home until friday but i thought i would ask the Chow experts for some help. thanks guys!!

I use Bio-groom extra body shampoo on Butters. It is for double coated dogs. I have only found it online, nobody around here carries it.

i have been using Miracle coat products , they have several , also a coat dressing for after bath

Hi! Yoshi had his first bsth yesterday I used Groomax from petsmart grooming. It is for puppy and it made him so soft and rinsed really well. I have a picture of him in his towel on my couch! He fell asleep in my lap while i was drying him and then i laid him down & took his picture


Kaylasue, i used to use prescription shampoo from Leo's vet and it was great. It is light oatmeal based and my Leo never had a allergy to it I had my cousin order me some since he is a groomer in Eureka Springs! I am just using what i have until it gets here, but, what i'm using seems okay!


Yoshi had his visit also, my vet fell in love with him! I'll send pics! Yoshi sends hugs to Chloe Bear! I call him my Yoshi Bear, gosh i just love this boy

BooBooBear, i cant wait to see some pictures of Yoshi, it amazes me how fast they grow and change i put some new pictures of Chloe up my daughter just loves her. I havent given Chloe a bath yet we are going to this weekend, last weekend i had birthday parties and kids spending the night so i figured i would wait, i dont think i will have a problem since every time i take a bath she sits by the tub and tries to get in! im going to try that shampoo thanks!!

Chloe is so cute! Yoshi sits by my bath & shower! Too funny! He LOVES my tile floors. My masterbath has about 10 x 10 sq. ft of tile and at night he lays at the part that faces my bed, we look at each other until he closes his eyes Yes, i am just crazy about him Good luck with the bath time!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks! i cant beleive how much they look alike, Chloe likes our bathroom to, the floor is ceramic tiles, the only thing it is not very big and having her and my two little ones in there when im trying to get ready, is always a fun time
