The comedy of ice.............

Post by Fidel »

As you all have probably heard we had a really bad ice storm in Tulsa. Well Oklahoma!

Fidel hates it! He loves the cold, but the whole world being an ice rink, he seems lost to find a place to 'poo'. It is quite comical watching him walk around scanning the ground for grass.

Also, he seems to like to make me fall on my @$$ as we go for walks. He pulls me like a sled! lol it is very funny. He can't keep his grip on the ice and slides with me!

What is even worse is the fact that the ice is about 6-10" deep and you can't even see the grass blades! Thank gosh he doesn't need a coat!

These are the days that I wish I had raised him in Wyoming where I am from! I laugh at all the complaints of the weather when I grew up with this crap!

Be glad you still have electricity. Every ice storm we get, everything coats with ice, and the powerlines can't hold the weight of it. At least a third of the city loses power. That is why I would rather have snow, but the trees covered in a coating of ice are cool looking- until branches start snapping!

Actually I'm not from here either, I was just happy to finally not be snowed in up to my knees for once.
Well, I shouldn't have said anything, now the ice is supposed to come over here, too. That's what I get for being a smart "you know what". Image

I'm having the hardest time getting Cabo to come in in all the ice. San Antonio has been frozen for the past 2 days and everything was covered.
