For all those that heard....

Post by MybabyBear »

Hi everyone-
I know this has nothing to do with Chows, but it deals with me. As you might have heard, a coach bus got into an accident with a semi in Wisconsin. Don't worry, I'm ok. But that accident could've happened to my bus coming back from the same trip. Just thought you'd like to know. *Thanking God I'm alive* Stephanie, Bear, and Homer

Beautiful boy! :)

That is how you must remember him! Thankyou for sharing his picture - I love to be able to put a face to a name - and he surely had a lovely face and a lovely name. :)

Purple kisses from Milly and Mabel.

What about Dakota and Roxanne

Post by Debbie »

You are right Judy, Alex has not emailed in a long time. Also has anyone heard about Dakota from Edmonton, Canada and owner Roxanne? She was a dedicated emailer and I don't know why she hasn't emailed. Has anyone heard from her?

Kodi meets a potential new pup

Post by SWANCIN »

Hi all,

There was a chow rescue at the local petco today, and I really liked this cream guy (14 months old; samoyed/chow mix). Brought Kodi back to meet him, but just as with most dogs, she was completely indifferent to him, as he was with her. Oh well....

FYI, this small chow rescue is run by a woman out of San Jose. If any interest, I'll PM you her contact info.

Purple kisses all around,
Cindy & Kodi

Hi All! I wanted to bump this thread back up to the top since many of the new people haven't seen some of these beauties recently! This was one of my favorite posts! I got all these new pics of Cayenne from my breeder and I thought I'd add two of her when she was a show pup back when she was a year old.

Hi Everyone... the pictures of everyone's chow babies are BEAUTIFUL! I haven't had time to take many pics of Koda lately, so I will have to try to do that this weekend. I did get my camera batteries charged this week so I could do that this weekend. But I'll post again what I have.
First, pictures of my first chow Sasha, who was a cinnamon chow (and really graying in the pics... these were taken about 6 months before she got sick) and has crossed the bridge, then of my Koda... who I guess is a fawn colored chow.
PS~ I want a cream female too. :)

Well... off to the shower and then to the vets for the last of Kodie's shots. LOL

chow chows

Post by Sharons Chows »

All of these beautiful Chows.....what a treat!
They are all so loved and taken care of.
Kudo's to all of the rescue owners. They are wonderful.
Our Chows are so misunderstood by people who do not know that they are such phenomonal creatures!

Our newest adoptee when she came home from the doggie pound with her little cut up tummy.
Her fur is finally starting to grow in and is all fuzzy now!

our gorgeous chows

Post by Sharons Chows »

Judy,
Alan can be very "blessable".....he was the one that went to the city pound since he found Cheyenne on petfinders and she looked so very sad and at her age was not very adoptable at 3 1/2 yrs old and a chow to boot!
I, Sharon, found JR 8 yrs ago also at the city pound after losing my 1st chow and when Alan met JR he became a "chowman" pretty fast.

Thank you for your blessings...all rescue chows need as many as they can garner!
