My 5 weeks Chow vomited

Hey, I’m a new owner to a five weeks chow, I feed her 4 times a day (royal canin puppy dry food) after she started eating her meal she immediately started gagging and vomited (a pic is attached) , yesterday I gave her water with a little bit of milk( I think that’s the cause). Is this normal ?! Should I be worried?
