Hip dysplasia

Hello thank you for the add! I have a 15 month old chow chow called Bella, we noticed a limp in her back legs a couple of weeks ago so took her to the vets to be told possible double cruciate ligament rupture. Sadly this is not the case and turns out Bella has quite severe hip dysplasia possible since birth she has been put on metacam and I’m giving her yumove supplements, the vet has suggested hydrotherapy but Bella won’t even step in a pub or she can’t stand water! I just wondered if anyone else has had the same issue and what advice they have!? Tya
