hydro chow
Yumi has been swimming a while now she goes evey week, I thought i'd pop up some pics i took in one of her sessions. Yumi is quite a natural swimmer and enjoys the snacks qand fuss at the end of her sessions, we have introduced the jets now as well so she is coming along nicely she love going all but runs to the car and everyone adores her at the centre.

very sweet! ours (Roxy and Suzi) have been avoiding the pool (thankfully). Sadly we don't think they'll be able to get out on their own once the weight of the wet fur hits, so pool is off limits for now

Re: hydro chow
We don't have a pool I don't think the chows would use it if we did, the huskies would though lol. The swims are supervised its part of her rehab for the operation she had. But yes she does get heavy when wet, but has support with the life vest, she swims so well now that her back rarely gets wet.

Re: hydro chow
very cool! and bravo for taking him swimming.\
Both my guys love the water too. As a matter of fact, one of them is complete obsessed with water and can't stay out of it.
He'll jump in anything that contains water, to the point he's come dangerous to his own self. We laugh at it, but sometimes it's really not funny.
One time last Summer he jumped right off a ramp into a rushing river and if I didn't have a long line on him I'm sure I would have found him in another state. A week later he jumped down 14 feet off a dock right in between two yachts and there was no way of getting him out without calling the coast guard for help.

aww lol merlin the little monkey great picture, they have a thing here called dock diving, its a new thing really idea was taken from the you guys in the US the clubs here have a custom built dock with a pool attached.... maybe theres a club in canada your lad can join.
Re: hydro chow
We have dock diving too. It's all the rage and so much fun to watch.
Maybe that's not a bad idea for Wookie. I know he'll surely like the water part.
