Dear Rebecca,

I'm sending you my deepest sympathy for your loss of Sweet Lace. I understand and know some of what you are going through. I lost my beloved Chloe a year ago this past January. She was 15 yrs old. She had been abused and abandoned prior to my rescuing her when she was 2 years old. She was the sunshine in my life.

I'm glad that you now have Zahra in your life. I'm so sorry for what you currently dealing with in regards to her needing surgery.

I rescued another chow this past December. She is 7 years old. She is helping to fill the void Chloe left in my life. Her name is Whitby.
I was told she is named after an art museum in London, England. How appropriate - she is a piece of work. But that's OK

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Awwwww Pam u are just the sweetest!! It is so hard, I miss her so bad. I have some of her ashes in a ring and necklace, to have her close to me. I am sorry for your loss and am glad you have a priceless piece of art lol

I gonna be one of those weird people that only has her animals as her friends

Makes me sad that even in an animal forum I am misunderstood and not accepted

So glad that im so close to my chowdren but I miss my lil Lace so very bad.....feel like I will never get over her....and no one understands

I feel as tho I wasn't given a fair shot here and ev1 chose to believe their own truth and not what my reality is

I know that even as much as i miss Lace that I did everything right with her or I wouldn't have had her for 16 years, I have to believe in my heart that im taking as good of care to the two remaining chows

I miss you Lace so bad.......
