Community Forum Revision

Submitting a request to revise the community forum back to its original format. While the guest posting format was recently added as a courtesy to bubba, it's really no longer necessary, and having several 'guests' responding to a thread doesn't contribute to clarity. Most of the other guest postings are backed up by follow-up postings anyway, such as 'I forgot I wasn't registered, that last post was mine'.
