OMG, beautiful they are. I wish them well. Hmmm, I can only think that with time, Bing will learn that everything is going to be ok and relax more. Im not so much up on the Bing story.. but was he with another dog previously that he did not get along with? Do we know? gosh I hope everything works out.

Hi there, this is Steel. Your mad.... ???? I'm mad.. guess what my mom did? She went to Iowa for a whole 24 + hours without me this weekend. She made me stay home with Dad. (He doesn't spoil me as much as she does) I wined and cried for her quite a bit while she was gone).... I had a plan that when ...

Hey Daryl, My chowling Steel loves treats, which enabled me to train him easier and more quickly. I have trained the old way before with other dogs we have had, however it doesn't work with Steel. And actualy, I like this type of training better. Most of the time when I ask Steel to do a command I h...

I have heard the same thing about the undercoat/fur protecting the chows from the heat. I have never shaved any of my chows. They seem fine. Of course they really don't like being outside in the summer. As a matter of fact... they like to HOG the air vents in the floor when the air conditioning is o...

I would say most definatly. Every dog has his/her own personality just like people. Some are more affectionate than others. From your post here, I would assume your Homer is a "manly" dog if you will. His personality... maybe a "macho" dog? But is sweet and tender and shows it be...

I never noticed if Steel looked at me in the eyes or not. So, I checked it out. He looks at me in the eye when I call his name, or when he has a toy in his mouth, or when I have food in my hand. (the food in the hand he looks at me, then the food, then at me, then the food.. go figure)

hmm actualy I think it is just the way he was sitting in the car. And Im refering to the HIS left eye.. not the left side of the picture. I guess I will have to try and find a different picture...

No, I don't think its that. His eyes look normal in that aspect... I more or less think he might have a wondering eye. sometimes when he looks at you... its like he isnt. but Im not sure if he has a wondering eye, or if his eye is just off a bit, or even his face??? (I know that sounds wierd, but I ...

Choosing a color should be your decision. 2 of mine have been black, and my new one is "blue", (however I think he is black) anyway I chose them because of looks and personality, personality winning over everything else. I just ended up with all black ones.
