Hi! I've finally found myself in the position to take in a furry friend (yay!) and growing up I had a chow and up until four years ago I had a chow-cross that passed away (lived to be 13!) I've been searching for breeders in NY (I live in the capital region) but have had no luck and worse luck findi...
