Well I say good for Dixie!!! What a great girl. In response to Kitten1426, my mother in-law lives in GA. Purchased a hand gun due the the less than favorable people moving into the area.

Re: What Do You Make Of This ...?!
I had our little girl spayed 3 weeks ago. she is my first chow. I've had many dogs spayed/neutered with my vet over the years. I was supprised when he asked me to stay and hold her until she was asleep. Now after reading the posts I understand why. I'm glad he asked me to stay.

I started giving him Premium Plus Skin and Coat from Dr. Foster and Smith (I order on line) and he has stopped the scratching and chewing. He hot spots are all gone. If your baby has dry skin, ...

I have to agree with the leash laws. We also have them in Wisconsin. A perfect example was in the paper last week. I girl was walking her 6 month old puppy on leash when a pittbull ran downs it's drive way, grabbed the puppy and killed it. Now the owner was ticked for a dog at large, viscious dog an...

Re: First hot spot :(
My chow hasn't had problems with hot spots, but my golden always seemed to be covered with them. I started using premium plus skin & coat from Doctors Foster and Smith and my goldens spots are gone. He also does a lot less chewing on his legs. I put it on all three of the dogs food every day and...
