I live in PA and Ive never heard that and Ive had 3 chows and have met a lot of people with them and no one has ever said that one to me! But there is a first for everything!

I got my sitters name from my Vet ,and I should not have said private kennel but private home! My bad.

Iam glad to hear that your Vet is keeping an eye on Shelly, vestibular diseases are not fun I suffer too from Vertigo . Hopefully they subside and nothing else crops up . Keep us updated..
