Ozzy does have really light colored eyes...they about match his fur. I thought that he was kinda different because all my other chows had dark colored eyes. We thought when he was a puppy that they would get darker as he got older but they never did.

thanks for the great advice...I cut out about 6 mats from under his chin last night ...poor guy....it looks a lot better ...he sat there like such a good boy and just let me do what I had to do...he was licking the scissors as I was trying to cut :lol: I bet he feels better... he was probably ichy. ...

Ozzy's sloppy ways have gotten the best of him...he is a mess right now. Even though I constantly brush him I have found that under his chin is pretty matted. Our local newspaper is having a contest to chose a pet idol! I have entered Ozzy in hopes that he makes the top 12! The top 12 pets get to be in a calender ....that would be so neat! Its for a good cause...and Ozzy's picture was in the Sunday paper last weekend which was exciting...everybody at work...

I think Ozzy is a big boy..He is 7months old and 60lbs already...I dont know how much more he will grow!

I cancelled Ozzy's vet appt ...we watched him over the weekend and had our heat turned off...it was nice enough to leave the doors and windows open...he stayed pretty dry...I do think that it is too hot for him...and his problem is a mixture of his water and drool...thanks for the input from everybo...

Okay my husband thinks Im crazy.....He doesnt believe anything is wrong with Ozzy...He believes it is just too hot in our house for the poor guy and all his fluff....we keep it on about 73 in the winter ...last night i turned the thermostat down to 70 and this morning it read 69 and Ozzy was slober ...
