kiwani - Have you had experience with Zubrin? It has a different mechanism of action than the other NSAIDs. I used it for awhile on my shepherd. She had a derm reaction to Rimadyl. Thanks for all the advice. I am very familiar with the adverse affects of the NSAIDs. One of our other dogs who recently died of cancer was on them briefly and had a horrible reaction, panting, incontinence, etc. Luckily we realized it was from the meds not the cancer, so trust me I'm aware.
