Special Event: Midwest Chowfest

Well, I NEVER imagined that my going away party would last until 3 in the morning, but it did. Unfortunately, I just woke up at 10AM, and have missed my goal of being at the Cleveland Chowfest at 9AM. I guess I'll have to shoot for a west coast gig now.
I am VERY disappointed, as I was looking forward to meeting all of you.
I had to break the news to Missie, and now I'M in the doghouse.

I finally had a chance to go to a wifi spot today. I watched all your videos and viewed all your awesome pictures of the two ChowFests... YIPPEEE! Congratulations on your two successful gatherings! So are you all addicts now? Is ChowFest MidWest 2008 in the works yet?
Just loved, loved, loved seeing you all together this past weekend. I wished the others who had to cancel last minute were able to attend, but there is always next year! I was hoping Overworked would have been able to attend the Ohio CF and bring his 4 chowlings, since Ai Shu was such a big hit at the IN CF. But I think he received my PM too late in the day.
Man, Auddymay, you threw me off with the special guest... because you said he was a legend, I was thinking male human... of course it would be Chris and Steelo - Fantastic Mystery Guests!
Now, you are ALL more than welcome to swing by to Northern California for CF07 in July! Auddymay has an airlines that can get you a roundtrip ticket to us at $60.00 a pop! You know we'd welcome you all with open arms and will be all smiles!

we really enjoyed Ohiofest...next year or hopefully later on this year is a definate.
