New chow owner. Need advice

Hi I recently got a 3 month old chow called Cleo. She is a very active and hyper dog which is not what I’m used to at all as my other dog is the calmest and most chill dog ever haha. I was just wondering if there’s any tips and advice on things such as behaviour, training, tips on keeping her cool due to her thick coat, socialisation and health issues. I would appreciate any advice. Thankyou !
