My Chow Chow puppy is drinking a lot of water

Hi everyone, I have just got my 11 week old chow puppy, we have only had him for 3 days but it seems like he is drinking an awful lot of water. I have been monitoring his water intake and this was yesterday -
7:36 150ml (first drink)
8:41 150ml
10:17 50ml
11:45 150ml
13:18 100ml
16:57 150ml
18:00 150ml
18:45 150ml
19:26 200ml
21:47 50ml (before bed)
He is still very playful and loves to run around. Is this a large amount for a chow puppy or is it normal due to their thick coat, exercise etc?
He also had his second vaccine yesterday so I though that may have made him more thirsty, however, he has been up an hour and a half and has already had 300ml of water.
