I lost my baby and am looking for help

What I can say is first and foremost, drugs and alcohol don't solve anything it makes it worse.
I understand what you are going through, I rescued my first chow at 6 months old and he died of an fuo after spending 700+ dollars on him at 2. I was extremely upset.
Look on petfinder, puppyfinder, or the rescueme site. Also, if you look around there are chow rescues out there. One near me has three pups in Florida they are rescuing.
Keep looking and don't rush to fill the void, and don't push your girl away either. Just take a deep breath and understand he is always with your
