Looking for new Chow

Hi- Just joined. My half-chow, half border collie died 6 months and I am missing her dearly. What a great dog. Have just started looking again and am not having much luck. Just wanted to say ig you are with 3 hours of Louisville and know of a nice chow or even a half chow, I very well may be interested. Prefer a female and 3 years old or less. Thanks. Tom

Welcome Tom, You might want to contact Chow Rescue of Central NY. http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/chowrescue.html They have rescues in foster homes in different parts of the country. If they are not able to help you I'm sure they can put you in touch with someone that can. They work with all the other rescues. I've included the link to their site.
