Is this normal for the eyes?

My little boy Chowder is losing hair around his eyes, is this something normal? Haven't consulted a vet yet.
he is just 4 months old. He seems normal and all. Appetite is good and there is nothing strange with his behavior.
Also found some reddish spots on his belly and his neck skin is reddish. I hope my little boy is not sick. :(

Here are some pictures.

And this one was taken before when his eyes are still "normal."

If you have any ideas what this is, I would really appreciate if you reply to this post. I'm really worried. :(

That's not normal. I'd consult the vet.

I'd schedule a visit next week for sure. But is this somehow related to heat? Do you know? It's my first time to own a chow. :(

The only thing I've experienced hair loss around the eyes with, is allergies. My mix boy Jasper went through it with his allergies, but there's a number of other things it can be associated with. Best bet is a vet visit to know for sure.

Yes, please do! I've never seen anything like it before! Thank God it doesn't bother him!

Just wondering if you got any results from the Vet yet?
