Hello all Chow Chows and owners,

I'm looking to do a light design update to the ChowChow.org site and forums and adding more community features. I like having the random featured Chow Chow photo as part of the header design, so I'm looking for more of your Chow Chow photos that I can use as part of the design to be featured. If you have some good photos of your Chow Chow(s) and you'd like to have them included on this site please post them here or you can email them to me at chowchow@chowchow.org - Subject: ChowChow Redesign Photos

If you do provide photos please use your best photos of your Chow Chow(s) only, in the largest size possible with little or no compression. I'll accept any file format; JPG, TIFF, PSD, PNG, etc.

I should have the new design live early next week as phase 1, then the new community features will be added over the next week as I get them setup correctly. Just to give some insight for the community features, there will the following new sections:

Events - this will allow you to create events and people and sign up to attend them.
User Groups - the ability to create groups and people can join those groups to discuses the group topic. Groups can be private invite only, hidden, or open to the public and any one can join. The group creator can determine the type of group.
Profiles - You'll get your own public profile page that has an activity feed and shows your events, groups, and friends that your connected with along with their activity. A little like Facebook.

Plus more. I'm still ironing out the features.

Any more photos? I'm going through and preparing them in photoshop now. If you got some good ones, post them today so they get included in the header photo rotation.

This is one of my favorites of Lily, though it is a few years old.

Thank you everyone for all the great photos. I have launched the first phase of the ChowChow.org site with the updated design that is now on the WordPress platform. You can see it here http://chowchow.org/ I'm going to be updating the forum template now to use the new header/footer. Once done I'll begin on phase two that introduces new community features.
