Sahara is now nine months old. Wondering if she is old enough to start having Missing Link supplement added to her diet?

Anyone out there with knowledge of age to start giving Chows this product?

I also am curious about this. My chow pup is 5months old and I've been feeding him children omega 3 fish oil for his coat. Is this bad or its alright?
