Hello,
I saw your note and wanted to contact you. I'm helping a woman from NOLA named Louise find her black 5 year old unaltered male Chow Chow, "Smoke". This dog had been attacked by several other dogs and spent 2 weeks at Causeway Animal Hospital in NO at the end of October. Sometime around the 1st week in November, the dog was picked up by the rescue group that was stationed at Winn Dixie. They took the Chow as well as 6 other dogs to Mut Shack because of a pending storm. I have had no luck in getting any response from Amanda of Mutt Shack about the dog's current whereabouts. Do you have any ideas? This dog was apparently quite friendly. Also, he would have had most of the hair on the front side of his body shaved off because Dr. St. Germain had to put so many drains in him to remove the pus from the infected bites. Many thanks!
