Yes, 'jiggered' means not just tired but absolutely exhausted.
(It also means, 'broken')
British informal or slang!
It is a word I use in both contexts. If I am really tired I sometimes say "I am jiggered!" or I might say to somebody "Don't be to rough with that, you will jigger it up." Or if something smashes or breaks I would say "Oh well, that's jiggered."
