Bad Separation Anxiety

Bad Separation Anxiety
Hi all,
I'm new to the site and am looking for some advice. I have a 1 year old Chow mix (she's 62% Chow to be exact) and we've been having separation anxiety issues since she was about 6 months old. Whenever we leave the house, even for 30 minutes, she goes on a destructive rampage and tears up anything in her path. We tried crating her when she was younger but she'd always hurt herself trying to get out. We've tried relaxing chews, Cbd oil, thudershirt, practically everything and it seems nothing works. She goes to daycare while we're at work but we cant go to the movies without having to remove everything that she could possibly destroy. She also pees on the couch when we're gone. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what solutions have worked for you?
