they actually seemed to enjoy wearing the glasses, I had to take them off after the pictures were taken.

Sally had no problem from day one to adjust to a life in a pack with regular meals and unlimited fresh water. I was expecting she would try to go out once she regained strength, but not at all. So far the only difference between her and the rest, that she "inhales" her food, while the rest is eating it.
A few days ago at a walk, she reacted negative (barking and pulling away) when we were about to pass a construction worker who had covered his head with a t-shirt. Looks she has some bad remembrance there.
I didn't regret for a minute that we took her in.

Poor baby! Starvation, sickness and abuse for such a regal dog. She is safe now though with siblings and parents who love her.
