What a day part II

Post by redangie24 »

The other thing that happened yesterday was that my daughters had swelled up to 3x thier normal size. The day before she got stung by 2 bees she only swelled up a little as expected but yesterday it was outta control. She had a delayed allergic reaction. Then last night my 19 mo. old got a bad fever so we were up most of the night with her. So it was a busy day. Some good some bad, just busy.

I've only been bitten by a bee once, 2 bites has got to hurt, sounds like a painful night to me.

Best of luck, Angie. That hand looks painful.

Never got in bees, been stung by a couple of hornet type critters once when mowing the yard. I'm not allergic that I know of, but I know some people are.

But even if you're not allergic, it still hurts!

You have to go on a RAID. Sorry, bad joke. I hate bees with a passion. Your poor daughter. Did the benedryl work? I hope she feels better.

A combo of benedryl, steroid liquid and zyertec worked so far. We have hornet, wasps at our house all the time. We kill the nest and they just move and multiply. They have never stung us, but week two at school and she gets two bee stings!! She is doing pretty good were just hoping her sisters fever goes away soon. I am sure it will, just hate to see her not feeling good.
