Oh my! These chowdren just seem to hate being clean don't they? Alf is growing up beautifully and looks adorable even with dirt on his face. And Millie looks like the queen surveying her kingdom, sand and all.

Awwwww Alf is lookin' so grown up these days.....He sure is a Handsome Chow Boy and Ms Millie is even the Lady when she is dirty lol I guess if your gonna do bath day may as well get really dirty first....because they do clean up sooooo nice and you have no other choose then but to give em a bath

I tend to put it off if I can lol

Guess what! Alf actually SWAM today!!!!! He was chasing a tennis ball around the lake & actually swam after it!!! I was amazed! Needless to say, he's a mess again but he got the ball

I confess that I didn't groom Lily at all before Chowfest, because I knew she would be swimming all weekend. She looks very native at the moment!

So I am starting to feel pretty guilty..........you all have pools for your dogs. My dogs are the underprivilaged dogs with no pools...........is this something I should get for Paz and Gordo, or what?

The husband will roll his eyes.......just as he did when I said I had looked into doggie daycare for Paz since he's so active. He says, "you social workers.......always thinking about hokey stuff."
Anyway, good for all of you for allowing some rec time for the pups. Hope you sent them to swim lessons first though......

Alf is actually doing FANTASTICALLY thanks. He's getting stronger & hasn't limped in about 2 months $\:D/$ He's even started jumping on rocks etc when we are out & runs up the stairs as though they aren't there! If you didn't know he had a problem, I'm not sure you'd see it anymore. He's on a cocktail of supplements but no medication at all $\:D/$ $\:D/$ $\:D/$ Thanks for asking about him guys.
