activating log on registration

Hello,
I am new to this site.
You are all wonderful and your Chows are beautiful.
I have Murphy a small maybe mix Red Chow, almost 5 years old.
I would like to join in on discussions from time to time but
my login remains inactive.
How long does it take to activate? It has been almost a week.
What do I do if it does not activate?

Good morning! you can send a PM to chowadmin... and I will post this in the general requests section for him to see. It shouldn't take that long. Maybe your registration didn't go through?? I'd say try again, and I'll post your message. I will send your email to chowadmin too.

Hello fellow chow lovers. I found this thread and I am having the same problem (cant log in) I registered some time ago and I tried again to re-register, but my account remains inactive. I have also tried to email the moderator but no luck there either...any advice for the newbie?

What username did you register with? Post it here and I'll look it up to activate it.

When you register and email is sent to the email address you provided and it contains a link that acitvates the account. If the email was invalid (or had a typo) then you wouldn't have recieved it and hence the account would have never been activated.

I never received an activation notice, I believe I registered in early April. Thank you so much!
