Their name does cause some confusion sometimes, lol
On one of the file share programs I had a picture in my shared folder with the title "me and the nylons ".One day I got a pm saying the picture was disappointing and I was a tease for sharing it.I swear I honeslty never even thought about the title, lol

Ah,Anthony Dominick Benedetto and Francis Stephen Castelluccio .I love Frankie Valli, especially his early stuff, the Four Lovers recordings. The last couple of concerts I saw he really couldn't hit the high notes anymore, too bad.

Hey Nanc... are you getting down off the soap box...? Everyone has had their turn, and it makes all of you taller than me..?
Yeah I think I "might" be off my soap box... we shall see. You know how I am once I get started. LOL You bet I love Steely Wheely. And stay tuned Chris... soon there will be another here for you to love who will end up looking like Steely Wheely. :) Looks like I may be taking you up on your offer to ride with for the midwest chowfest after all if there is one. :)
Taller than you? Hahahaha... I will always be taller than you. :)
Nancy,

After you get off of your soap box, may I borrow some soap?
I want to wash all the grime off me.

To ALL,
I regret starting the post to ban Luana. It didn't quite go as business-like as I had hoped. My bad for not knowing protocol. Anyway, I wasn't trying to be ugly, I was only trying to make a serious point to stop the madness!
It went south from there!
So, to my friends, please accept my sincere apologies, as I had no intention of upsetting any of you.

Don't worry about it Bama and why are you apologizing anyway. Do you realize there are people on this site that are hanging Donny Osmond pictures on their walls and others staying up all night watching Brady Bunch movies, We are the ones that should be apologing to people, they have to read those post about Donny Osmond.

If you moderators are so worried about Deleting or locking threads why not just change the heading, like this one, change the name of the heading to Doowop and other favorites, no one will pay attention to it except the people that have a good taste for music.

I keep telling you Lou, It's David Cassidy for me. Remember the TV show Here comes the Bride? Bobby Sherman was the youngest of 3 brothers in a lumbering camp in Seattle, looking for a wife. I liked the middle brother, David Soul, later to be known as Hutch, as in Starsky and Hutch. I never warmed up to Bobby Sherman. Also, along with Teen Beat, there was another magazine to the pre-pubescent called Tiger (I think). Do any of you gals remember that?

Okay fine, Auddymay. Maybe I have hope in Vicster's good taste!

Tiger Beat is that the magazine you are thinking about? I use to buy 16 Magazine. Do you remember that one?

Chris, one more thing as you compile your list... respect for your elders, my dear! :)

I'm glad you didn't hook-up with David Soul, Auddymay. He didn't age gracefully. Plus, he was just a one hit wonder on the charts, "Don't Give Up On Us Baby". Donny did a cover of that song a couple of years ago. I have it on my iPod... was just listening to it on my plane trip back home, actually.
