lookin for new dog

i am currently shoppin gor a chow puppy. I am looking for the classic chow temperment. some of the breeders that i have visited seem to have chows that are watered down. I happen to like a chow that has that determinded serious, i have a job to do, will die for my owner attitude. however in an attempt to keep chows from being "aggressive" alot of breeders have gone way to far. I always understood this breed that, and what they were originally bred for, and I am lookin for the classic temperment. I am also in search of a breeder that is breeding medium-large to large chows...the larger the better with proper proportions and closed face of course. is there anyone that can help direct me in the right direction? rockykenamiko@yahoo.com
