California people - Hayden's Law

In California, the governer is looking to repeal Hayden's Law which protects shelter animals from being euthanized for 4-6 days after they are impounded. The state budget is in shambles and one of the ways they want to fix it is to euthanize shelter animals in 3 days as opposed to 4-6 days.
